HOW DO BAIL BONDS WORK?

A bail bond is formally known as a “Surety Bond”, usually written as cash/surety on a warrant or court docket. When you call us, we will start the process instantly over the phone. We will research and verify all the details of the case for you, including any issues that may complicate the release like added charges, outstanding warrants or holds.

After the bail bond paperwork is completed, a licensed bail bond agent will “post” (put up the full amount of the bond) the bail bond at the appropriate detention facility, jail or court which will result in the release of the defendant.
